Faites-les cuire sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 200 \u00b0C (\u00e0 mi-hauteur) pendant 50 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la chair du potiron soit tendre. \u00c9crasez-la ensuite grossi\u00e8rement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette pour obtenir une pur\u00e9e de potiron.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emincez l&rsquo;oignon, l&rsquo;ail et le persil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une casserole et faites-y revenir l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail. Ajoutez le riz \u00e0 risotto et les feuilles de laurier et faites-les revenir pendant environ deux minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Mouillez avec environ 100 ml d&rsquo;eau et laissez r\u00e9duire compl\u00e8tement. Ajoutez autant de bouillon que n\u00e9cessaire pour couvrir le riz. Ajoutez progressivement du bouillon en remuant constamment. Apr\u00e8s environ 15 minutes, ajoutez la pur\u00e9e de potiron et laissez cuire 5 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ajoutez l&rsquo;huile de coco et le fromage italien \u00e0 p\u00e2te dure et m\u00e9langez. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre. Retirez les feuilles de laurier.
